Yes, coaching is a confidential process. Coaches adhere to a strict code of ethics that ensures client confidentiality. Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential unless required by law or when there is a safety concern.

Anneli has an MSc in Psychology, over 380 hours of in-depth Biosensory Psychology training, Counselling level 3 and 4 diplomas, a Silva Method diploma, an NLP training diploma, a Hypnoconstellations diploma and an Intermediate mediumship training qualification. She also works as a professional tarot reader at Mysticsence and does occasional workshops at events. 

While therapy and counseling focus on healing past wounds and addressing mental health issues, life coaching is future-oriented and primarily focuses on setting and achieving goals, enhancing personal growth, and improving overall life satisfaction.

Life coaching is not a substitute for therapy or counseling and is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. I use elements of counselling in my work, but the focus is still on the present rather than on the past.

All sessions are tailored to the individual and their belief system, so you can book them separately as you want and need. But I love challenges, so I am very happy to prove to you that spiritual insights are valuable.

The duration of a coaching engagement varies depending on your needs and goals. Some clients may achieve their desired outcomes in a few sessions, while others may prefer a longer-term coaching relationship to address multiple areas of their lives. 

It is better to start with weekly sessions first, and then to have them bi-weekly and eventually once a month or per need basis when you feel empowered and aligned.
