I’ve always been highly intuitive. As a child I could easily feel what people weren’t saying — the emotions, energies, and hidden truths behind their words. But like many sensitive children, I learned to shut that part of me down because it felt “too much.”

So I did what made sense at the time: I studied Psychology, Music, and UX Design. I travelled and worked internationally for over fifteen years in creative fields and personal development. I trained with healers, therapists, and teachers from many different traditions, always asking the same question:

What actually helps people change?

After training in practical, trauma-informed psychological methods—including NLP, DBT, the Silva Method, and nervous system regulation—everything changed when I lost two partners in a row. The grief made everything thumble over like a tower and brought back the intuition I had long pushed aside. I began training in psychic mediumship, and it became a powerful part of my healing. What emerged was a deep integration of grounded psychological tools with intuitive and shamanic practices.

I now bring this unique combination to every client: practical psychological approaches alongside intuitive guidance, mediumship, and shamanic healing. This blend helps people find both clarity and genuine transformation.

My approach is simple:

I don’t do fluffy or vague spiritual talk. I don’t keep you dependent on me. I give you honest, clear insight — combined with practical understanding — so you can actually move forward.

I especially love helping people who feel stuck in repeating patterns, difficult relationships, or confusing “soul connections.” Together we look at what’s really going on beneath the surface and find a kinder, clearer way forward.
